Psychedelic experiences can be powerful catalysts for transformation. They often bring forth long-suppressed memories, evoke intense emotions, and shift how you perceive yourself and the world around you. This depth can be both beautiful and overwhelming.
As a trauma-informed integration coach, I’m here to help you make sense of it all. Whether your journey has been expansive, confusing, or has cracked something open, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Preparation and integration are the ongoing processes of weaving psychedelic insights into your daily life. Together, we will explore how to:
- Prepare for the experience with reverence and intention
- Honor what emerged during your experience
- Understand the aspects of yourself that were activated or surprised
- Stay grounded as your nervous system recalibrates
- Turn your insights into embodied, sustainable change
Through somatic exploration, parts work (informed by Internal Family Systems), mindfulness, and compassionate inquiry, we will gently address what surfaced without rushing or bypassing the process.
This type of support is not just about making sense of the experience; it’s about allowing your mind, body, and spirit to metabolize the wisdom at a pace that honors your system’s readiness.
You’re not starting from scratch. We will tap into your existing inner resources and the brain’s natural neuroplasticity to support real and lasting integration.
This offering is ideal for both new and seasoned journeyers, whether it’s your first exploration or your 100th ceremony, and regardless of whether you are working with psychedelics in therapeutic, ceremonial, or solo settings.
Psychedelic journeys can open doors, but it is the process of integration that leads to lasting transformation. In our work together, you may experience the following:
Integration isn’t about getting it “right.” It’s about being present with what’s alive for you now, approaching it with curiosity and care.
You’ve had a powerful psychedelic experience, and now you’re wondering what to do with it.
Maybe you’re…
This work is especially supportive if you’re navigating difficult emotions, are highly sensitive, or tend to live in your head. Integration support can help you return to your body, reconnect with your truth, and move forward with clarity.
I offer somatic coaching rooted in presence, deep listening, and nervous system awareness. Whether you’re integrating a psychedelic experience or simply looking to deepen your connection to yourself, our work gently helps you come back to your inner wisdom.

I recently received coaching from Glenda to help with a soft addiction I haven’t been able to kick. Glenda brought a beautiful friendly and open energy to our sessions, and that energy was contagious. Glenda was able to hold space for me when difficult emotions arose. She is gentle and present. Glenda helped me work through these emotions and identify some deeper issues. She was very good at seeing when I needed help to calm myself down and could gently guide me to a more at ease state. By the end of each session, I felt grounded and wasn’t left disregulated. I was very grateful for that. Thank you Glenda for your support and open heart during those moments. The experience of feeling seen, heard and understood is very powerful and Glenda does this well. She helped me to decipher some loops I’ve been stuck in recently, and enabled me to see things I was constantly returning to and helped me work on why that might be. It was an invaluable experience, I’m grateful I found my way to the understandings of myself I gained through this coaching. There were some baby steps made and some realizations that touched me deeply and have helped me change some habits which remain changed 10 weeks later. Thank you, Glenda; I appreciate your time and the energy you put into our sessions, even after a long day of work.

I worked with Glenda before and after a psilocybin ceremony. During our first prep call together, Glenda asked me what I needed from her - I gave her my answer and she provided that for me during each and every one of our sessions. She made me feel heard, supported, and safe while opening up to her about my life, and she often asked me questions that expanded my way of thinking. I felt very prepared for my ceremony, and afterward, I was looking forward to talking with her about it. She was excited for me and I could feel she only wanted the best for me. Afterwards, during our integration calls, I was impressed with the questions she asked me. I was able to dive deeper into my experience and get a better understanding of what it all meant. Every one of our hour-long calls flew by, and I felt like we made great progress together. I am thankful to have worked with Glenda, and I will definitely ask to work with her again in the future.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Glenda over the course of 6 weeks as I worked through some midlife changes. She helped me integrate some minor health issues and work through my relationship with cannabis. Glenda's coaching style is very approachable and welcoming and she exhibits patience and professionalism. I am truly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Glenda and I highly recommend her as a coach.

I had the privilege of working with Glenda and the experience was truly transformative. Her approach creates a space that feels both grounding and freeing.
From the first session, she made me feel completely at ease. Her compassionate and intuitive presence allowed me to explore my thoughts and emotions and process things more naturally.
Glenda guided me through the preparation and integration of my very first dark retreat.
Dark therapy can be a very powerful but destabilizing process without the proper support.
Glenda’s ability to truly listen—not just to my words but to what was underneath them and ask insightful questions that helped me articulate what had shifted during my journey in the dark. Her guidance was never prescriptive but rather an invitation to explore the lessons I learned in the dark to integrate and carry with me back into the light.
One of the things I appreciated most was her ability to guide me gently, allowing me to find my own insights while offering thoughtful reflections.
I highly recommend Glenda. Her knowledge of both nature’s therapeutic benefits and the wisdom within is evident, and she tailored each session to what I needed most in that moment. I would love to work with her again!

As an experienced life coach with training in somatic work, parts work (IFS), and nervous system support, I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to every session.
Together, we’ll gently tune into your body’s signals, identify internal parts or patterns, and uncover what’s beneath the overthinking, people-pleasing, or burnout — one breath at a time.
I work with women who look like they have it all together — but quietly feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Coaching offers a space to pause, feel, and reconnect with what’s true for you.
Whether you're considering a psychedelic experience or looking to make sense of one you’ve already had, I offer grounded, body-based support to help you prepare with intention or integrate with care.
Please reach us at glenda@thestatusfoe.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
No, I do not serve psychedelics or facilitate ceremonies. My focus is helping people prepare and integrate their journey afterward. I also do not make recommendations for ceremonies, but I will guide you on how to find a trustworthy, safe, vetted source.
I strongly advise against engaging in any illegal activities or practices that may pose risks to your well-being.
That being said, navigating the landscape of psychedelics can be complex, as the legality of substances like ketamine-assisted therapy often hinges on a delicate balance of factors. In numerous states, this innovative form of therapy is permitted, provided it is conducted under the watchful eye of trained professionals. Meanwhile, other psychedelics are seeing a shift in their legal status, particularly in progressive locales such as Colorado and Oregon, where decriminalization and legalization are carving paths toward wider acceptance. Beyond the United States, certain countries like Mexico, Colombia, and Peru offer embraced avenues for psychedelic-assisted therapy, paving the way for transformative experiences. It’s crucial to remain well-informed about the legal frameworks governing these potent substances in your area.
While I can not guarantee that you won't have a difficult experience, the proper preparation and integration support from a certified coach will help minimize the chance of having a challenging experience. A few pieces of the preparation phase include understanding a proper set and setting, intention and expectations, tools to use when difficulties arise, and a curiosity and and openness to whatever arises, to name a few.
That being said, I believe there are rarely "bad" trips. There can be difficult and challenging trips. I deeply believe that medicine is here to guide us, and sometimes, seeing and experiencing our darkest shadows can be terrifying. These journeys, with the proper guidance of an integration coach, can be life-changing and transformative.
Finally, psychedelics are not for everyone. You need to be sure this is the right path for you.
No, I work with a variety of clients who have experienced life-changing events like the loss of a loved one, a soft addiction, a dark retreat, a vision quest or a medicine walk, divorce, or a natural disaster. I also work with people who constantly feel unsettled and discontent even if their life looks "normal" on the outside.
Any significant event or experience is an opportunity for growth and change. When we are catapulted out of our comfort zones, many times, we are forced to see our life differently. This leaves us opportunities to make positive changes in our lives if we choose to.
Let’s rewrite that, together. Download this free mini workbook and start untangling the invisible “shoulds” that leave you drained. It’s for you if you’re constantly doing what’s expected—but rarely what feels right. You’ll discover: What your “shoulds” are really trying to protect The quiet wants waiting underneath Gentle, guilt-free ways to say “no” and mean it
