Choosing to work with plant medicine can bring up a lot of questions, especially when you're considering who will be beside you during the experience.
You may want someone who knows when to step in and when to stay quiet. Someone who won't try to direct your experience, but who has enough experience to recognize when you need grounding, reassurance, or additional support.
I've been working in the psychedelic field since 2021 and have sat in ceremony with more than 50 people. My approach to psychedelic support is grounded in harm reduction, somatic awareness, and respect for your autonomy throughout the experience.
You remain at the center of your ceremony.

Before your ceremony, we'll explore what's bringing you to this experience, your intentions, fears, expectations, and any parts of you that may feel hesitant or unsure.
We'll also review your health history, medications, current substance use, and what's happening in your life to identify potential concerns or contraindications. If something needs medical assessment, I'll ask you to speak with an appropriate healthcare professional.
Your psychedelic ceremony is held in a quiet, private, agreed-upon space where you have time to turn your attention inward.
I remain with you throughout the experience, offering grounding, reassurance, or support when needed while giving you room to have your own experience.
Afterward, we'll have space to talk about what happened without rushing to decide what it all means.
We can explore what continues to come up, notice how your body responds as you revisit the experience, and get curious about how what happened may relate to the life you're returning to.

There isn't a rigid schedule you need to follow. Your ceremony is allowed to unfold at its own pace.
A typical day may include time to settle into the space, grounding and intention setting, several hours for the medicine experience itself, and plenty of time afterward for a gentle transition and reentry.
I remain with you throughout the ceremony and into the transition afterward.

No two ceremonies unfold the same way. You may spend long stretches turned inward and need very little from me. At other times, you may want reassurance, help reconnecting with your body or surroundings, or simply to know someone experienced is nearby and paying attention.
You don't need to perform, explain what's happening, or have a particular kind of experience. There is room for silence, emotion, movement, uncertainty, laughter, tears, or whatever else arises.
I stay attentive to what's happening while giving you room to have your own experience.
You are always in choice.

I do not provide, sell, or administer psychedelic medicine. Clients are responsible for sourcing their own medicine in accordance with the laws and regulations where they live.
Before working together, we'll discuss relevant health history, medications, substance use, and other factors that could affect the experience. If something requires medical assessment, I'll ask you to speak with an appropriate healthcare professional.
This work is non-clinical and does not replace therapy, medical care, or psychiatric care.
You remain responsible for your choices and your experience throughout the process. My role is to walk beside you with steadiness and respect, not to fix, save, diagnose, or tell you what your experience should mean.

“I worked with Glenda before and after a psilocybin ceremony. I felt heard and supported throughout our sessions and very prepared going into my ceremony. During our integration calls, her questions helped me dive deeper into my experience and better understand what it meant for me. I’m thankful to have worked with Glenda and would absolutely work with her again.”

It's not unusual for fear or anxiety to come up as the ceremony gets closer. That's part of what our preparation sessions are for. We can talk about what's coming up, get curious about any parts of you that feel unsure, and make space for your questions rather than trying to talk you out of how you feel.
Challenging moments can happen during psychedelic experiences. If they do, I'll remain grounded and present with you, help you orient to your body and surroundings when appropriate, and support you as the experience unfolds.
I don't assume that every difficult experience is something you need to push through or that everything challenging automatically has a deeper meaning.
Yes. Not every psychedelic journey feels peaceful or enlightening. Some leave people feeling overwhelmed, confused, emotionally raw, or unsure how to make sense of what happened. Integration coaching provides a supportive space to process the experience at your own pace without judgment or pressure to "figure it out."
I don't assume that every difficult experience is something you need to push through or that everything challenging automatically has a deeper meaning.
There is room for whatever emotions arise. You may cry, laugh, feel angry, become quiet, want to move, or experience something completely different.
I'm not there to judge or interpret those responses. I'll pay attention to what you need while allowing the experience to remain yours.
Psychedelic experiences can affect perception, emotions, thinking, and your sense of yourself in ways that can be difficult to predict. Part of our preparation work is talking honestly about those possibilities and discussing ways to work with moments that feel intense or unfamiliar.
That's something we'll explore together rather than assuming that because you're interested, now is necessarily the right time.
We'll talk about what's drawing you toward the experience, your expectations and concerns, relevant health and medication considerations, current substance use, and what's happening in your life right now.
And sometimes the answer may be not now. That's useful information too.
No. I do not provide, sell, or administer psychedelic medicine. Clients are responsible for sourcing their own medicine in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Yes. Integration can be especially helpful after an experience that felt frightening, confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to make sense of.
We can slow things down and explore what happened without forcing an interpretation or trying to turn the experience into something positive.
The consultation is a mutual discernment process. Either of us may decide that working together isn't the right fit.
The $75 consultation fee is non-refundable because it covers the hour we've spent together. If we do decide to move forward, the full $75 is credited toward your ceremony package.

As an experienced life coach with training in somatic work, parts work (IFS), and nervous system support, I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to every session.

Together, we’ll gently tune into your body’s signals, identify internal parts or patterns, and uncover what’s beneath the overthinking, people-pleasing, or burnout — one breath at a time.

I work with women who look like they have it all together — but quietly feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Coaching offers a space to pause, feel, and reconnect with what’s true for you.

Whether you're considering a psychedelic experience or looking to make sense of one you’ve already had, I offer grounded, body-based support to help you prepare with intention or integrate with care.
