You may know exactly why you overthink, people-please, shut down, second-guess yourself, or struggle to know what you actually want.
But knowing where a pattern comes from doesn't always change what happens when you're in the middle of it.
Through somatic coaching and IFS-informed parts work, we'll slow things down and explore what's happening beneath the thoughts, so you can begin to hear yourself more clearly and respond from what feels true for you.

Our patterns don't only live in our thoughts. They can show up in the tightening in your chest before you say yes when you mean no, the urge to explain yourself, the shutdown when something feels like too much, or the part of you that starts questioning a decision you felt good about five minutes ago.
Rather than asking you to think harder about what's happening, we get curious about what's happening underneath it.
That might mean noticing a sensation in your body, slowing down a reaction, exploring a protective part, or noticing when your mind is saying one thing while your body is telling you something entirely different.
My role isn't to tell you what any of it means. It's to help you slow down, get curious, and discover your own answers.

We don't begin with the assumption that something about you needs to be fixed. Instead, we get curious about what's happening in the moment.
That might mean noticing a sensation in your body, slowing down a reaction, exploring the part of you that wants to keep everyone happy, or listening to the part that is afraid of making the wrong choice.
Sometimes we'll explore a belief, memory, emotion, or protective part that shows up. Other times we'll simply notice that your mind has a lot to say while your body is telling you something entirely different.
My role is to ask questions, help you slow things down, and stay curious with you as you discover your own answers.
The goal isn't to become dependent on me to tell you what something means. It's to build a relationship with yourself that you can carry with you long after our work together ends.
You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to work on. We can start with what's happening in your life right now.
Maybe you're:
Often, what looks like indecision, people pleasing, perfectionism, overthinking, anger, or shutting down makes more sense when we understand what those patterns are trying to protect.
You notice the urge to say yes and give yourself a moment before answering. You recognize when you're looking for someone else to tell you what to do. You catch an old reaction sooner and have a little more choice in how you respond.
You begin to recognize the difference between fear and a genuine no, between an old protective response and something that doesn't feel right for you now, and between what you think you should want and what you actually want.
You're learning how to hear your own answers.
We follow a rhythm of three one-hour sessions followed by one integration week, creating space to practice what you're discovering in your actual life.
You're invited to choose an investment within the sliding scale based on your current financial capacity. There is no difference in the depth or quality of coaching you receive at any level.
Those who contribute at the higher end help support reduced-rate and pro bono coaching for veterans, first responders, and people with fewer financial resources.
“Glenda’s ability to create a space of gentleness, respect, and curiosity allowed me to move at my own pace and trust my own process. She followed the cues from my words, feelings, and sensations, helping me notice what was arising without pushing or directing.
What I value most is how deeply she respects her clients’ inherent wisdom and supports their agency throughout the process.”

As an experienced life coach with training in somatic work, parts work (IFS), and nervous system support, I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to every session.

Together, we’ll gently tune into your body’s signals, identify internal parts or patterns, and uncover what’s beneath the overthinking, people-pleasing, or burnout — one breath at a time.

I work with women who look like they have it all together — but quietly feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Coaching offers a space to pause, feel, and reconnect with what’s true for you.

Whether you're considering a psychedelic experience or looking to make sense of one you’ve already had, I offer grounded, body-based support to help you prepare with intention or integrate with care.
